316Ti Stainless Steel Pipe

316Ti is a titanium stabilized version of 316 molybdenum-containing austenitic stainless steel. It is more resistant to general corrosion and pitting/crevice corrosion than traditional chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steels such as 304.
316 Stainless Steel Pipe

316 stainless steel contains 2-3% molybdenum, aside from iron, chromium and nickel. The addition of molybdenum significantly improves the performance of 316 stainless steel in certain corrosive environments, especially those containing chlorides. 316 stainless steel is more commonly used when higher corrosion resistance is needed.
316L Stainless Steel Pipe

316L stainless steel has a lower proportion of carbon in its composition, the amount of carbon cannot go over 0.03%. This lowers the chance of carbon precipitation, making it an ideal option for welding to ensure maximum corrosion resistance.
310S Stainless Steel Pipe

310S stainless steel is austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel, with good oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, because of a higher percentage of chromium and nickel, it has better creep strength, can work at high temperatures continuously, with good high temperature resistance.
304 Stainless Steel Pipe

304 stainless steel is a highly-recognized material for its corrosion resistance, heat resistance, low temperature strength and mechanical properties. In addition, it has exceptional hot-workability such as stamping and bending, without leaving heat treatment hardening phenomenon, being one of the most widely used types of stainless steel.
304 Stainless Steel Pipe Description
304 stainless steel pipe is the most common type of steel pipe across the globe for a number of its characteristics. 304 stainless steel is primarily composed of iron, chromium and nickel. This combination gives rise to outstanding oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance. 304 stainless steel is a versatile stainless steel material with better anti-rust properties than 200 series stainless steel materials. It also outperforms them in high temperature resistance. 304 stainless steel pipe features a smooth surface, high plasticity, toughness and mechanical strength, and is very resistant to corrosion by acids, alkaline gases, solutions and other media. 304 stainless steel pipes are widely used in food processing equipment, building materials, automobile parts and other fields for its versatility and relatively low cost.

AISI/SAE 1025 Round Steel Bar

AISI 1025 steel bar is a medium carbon steel that offers plasticity, workability and strength. The steel contains between 0.22% and 0.28% carbon, so it is stronger than low carbon steel and more workable and malleable than high carbon steel.
304L Stainless Steel Pipe

304L stainless steel has a very similar chemical composition to 304 stainless steel with one key difference. The maximum carbon content is set at 0.08% for 304, whereas grade 304L stainless steel has a maximum carbon content of 0.03%. It is more often adopted in the production of equipment and parts that require better corrosion resistance.
AISI/SAE 1018 Round Steel Bar

AISI 1018 carbon steel bar has a chemical composition of carbon, chromium, manganese, molybdenum, phosphorus, sulfur and silicon. AISI 1018 carbon steel is a free machining grade that is the most commonly available grade around the world.
A105 Round Steel Bar

A105 is an ASTM specification for steel forgings, primarily for carbon steel forged pipe components. The type of carbon steel wrought alloy involved is a low carbon, manganese and silicon steel similar to the AISI 1330, but with a lower manganese content.
